  1. Wow! What a joy it was to listen the your podcast.
    There were so gems that I have taken away from it. For example, “the power to change what ever environment that we are in” was eye opening. Also the disengage employee or zombies! How many corporate cultures create Zombies. Why? Because they become just another cog in the wheel and live has been sucked out of them. Zombies can’t dream, they can’t see their lives changing in the environment, so they do just enough not to get fired. As leaders we have to power to change the cultural dynamics of our organization if we understanding what each team members dreams are and giving them the resources to achieve that dream will reengage them.
    Help people become significant! Brilliant! I will listen to this one again! Thank You for what you are doing!
